■ Do I need to be good at embroidery to join?

 

Not at all.

This project is designed for both beginners and experienced stitchers.

 

Each month includes:

    •    a detailed PDF with explanations

    •    a close-up stitching video filmed from the maker’s point of view

 

If you already know basic embroidery stitches, you’ll be able to follow along comfortably at your own pace.

■ What language are the instructions in?

 

All written instructions in the PDF are provided in both English and Japanese.

 

The PDF focuses on the key points that matter most for each design, and is supported by:

    •    visual explanations highlighting important steps

    •    close-up stitching videos showing real hand movements

 

If you can read English, you’ll be able to follow the process smoothly using the PDF and videos together.

■ What exactly do I receive after subscribing?

 

You will receive:

    •    A downloadable PDF embroidery pattern

    •    A detailed instruction PDF

    •    A stitching video (link included)

 

All items are delivered digitally.

No physical products are shipped outside Japan.

■ How do I receive the files?

 

After your purchase, a welcome email will be sent to you manually.

 

This email includes:

    •    your download link

    •    instructions for accessing the files

 

The email is usually sent within 36 hours.

 

Because each message is sent personally, we kindly ask for your patience.

■ I haven’t received my email yet. What should I do?

 

Please check the following:

    1.    Your spam / junk folder

    2.    Whether the email address you entered is correct

■ Can I cancel my subscription?

■ Do you ship embroidery kits internationally?

 

At the moment, physical embroidery kits are available only within Japan.

 

For international customers, we currently offer digital embroidery patterns only.

■ Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?

 

The patterns are for personal use only.

 

You may enjoy stitching them for yourself or as gifts,

but resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the designs is not permitted.

■ Is this a limited-time project?

 

This is a long-term, ongoing project, created slowly and thoughtfully.

 

Designs are released month by month, following the rhythm of the seasons in Japan.
